Rates are based up to 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 1 month depending upon availability. Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, and pets may apply. All RVs must be no more than 10 years old. If you have a vintage or older model, please send pictures of all sides to blackstoneres@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your RV site sizes and requirements
We offer full hook-ups [30 & 50 AMPS are available] on smooth concrete and/or gravel sites ranging from 24′ to 60′ in length. Please review the Space Map, then call us for details and availability.

Will you take an older RV?
We accept RV’s more than 10 years old if they are in good shape and they have a full working bathroom. Regardless of age of your rig, we will need to see pictures of all four sides of it. Please email pictures to blackstoneres@montechristomh.com. If it is a motor home it must be able to be driven into the park. If it is a tow trailer, you must have the ability to tow it or have the financial ability to have it towed. We do require that all black water tanks are kept closed and treated with the appropriate chemicals until full and then dumped. No RV’s with leaking tanks will be accepted.

Why do you want a picture ID and social security card?
We need to know who is living in our community for everyone’s safety.

Is there a security deposit? 
Yes, a security deposit is required and can be equal to one month’s rent.

Do you have RV storage?
No, we do not have RV storage.

What about pets?
We are pet lovers and we accept indoor cats, and small to medium indoor sized dogs. We do not accept any aggressive breed dogs, farm animals, or exotic animals. Cats and Dogs may not be tied or fenced outside the RV or left alone outside at any time and must be on a hand-held leash when outside/walking through the RV Park. Please contact our team for a complete list of Park Rules and Regulations that aid in ensuring a safe, clean and friendly environment for our guests and residents.

What are the on-site amenities?
Blackstone North RV Park spaces are shaded by lovely trees. We have clean affordable laundry facilities, as well as, bathrooms with showers. Our laundry room facility is available 24/7 for residential use only with four new clean washers and dryers that are both coin-operated and equipped for mobile payments.

Is the park quiet?
The park rules are enforced at all times and quiet time is 8 PM to 8 AM. At no time can anyone disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of others. Our park does not allow the usage of generators or the repair of any vehicle(s) at any time on the premises.

What are other park rules?
Storage: No items may be stored outside the RV, of course Patio Furniture and BBQ’s are allowed. If you are a monthly tenant you may purchase a Rubbermaid type storage shed and put it at the back of your space for storage but must be approved by our team in advance.

Parking: Every RV Space includes parking for one vehicle in addition to the RV. No parking is permitted other than in the space assigned. There is limited additional parking adjacent to our team’s office.
